By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You are responsible for the account you create and for who you invite as a caregiver - anyone you add can see and add to that baby’s record. You can remove someone’s access at any time.

Your logs are yours. You can export them, and deleting your account deletes them. How we handle all of it is set out on our privacy page.

The free plan is free, with no card required. Konokanang Plus is billed yearly or monthly through the App Store or Google Play, and renews until you cancel. Cancel any time from your store account; you keep Plus until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, since that is who takes the payment. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

You may read this site, and share links to it, freely. Please don’t attempt to break into it, disrupt it for other people, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for everyone else.

The text, design, logos and images on this site belong to Open Lab Technologies Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may quote or link to them - including critically - but please don’t reproduce the site wholesale or present our material as your own.

Nothing on this website is medical advice, and Konokanang is not a medical device. The product helps you notice patterns in what you record and take better information to a professional. It does not diagnose anything and must not be used in place of proper medical care. If you are worried about your baby, contact a health professional.

We work to keep Konokanang accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will never be unavailable. Features and pricing can change; we will not raise the price of a subscription you are already paying without telling you first.

We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when we last did. They are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
